Hi, I'm Daryl,
As a Leadership Strategist & Coach with over 15 years of experience, I help ambitious women in Tech thrive in male-dominated spaces.. I’ve empowered over 2,500 leaders in 20 countries to lead with clarity, reduce stress, and find more joy and balance in their lives.
My journey to get here wasn’t always easy. I’ve always felt like a bit of an outsider. Growing up in a turbulent single-parent home after my father left, I watched my mother face countless challenges with little to no support. She did her best, but it was hard, and meanwhile, I was struggling too—feeling lost and alone, since I didn't get the emotional support I needed from either of my parents. I would always look to others for approval and a sense of validation, but no matter what I did, I never felt like I truly belonged - whether with friends, colleagues, or in the workplace. I was often told that I was a failure and a disappointment, and this shattered my confidence and self-esteem. These experiences had a profound impact on my mental health, resulting in a nearly 20-year battle with depression.
They say, 'turn your mess into your message.' That’s exactly what I’ve done - I turned my struggles into my strengths. I immersed myself in personal development, received therapy and coaching, and spent years studying Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, and Coaching. Through this journey of learning and healing, I rebuilt my confidence, strengthened my self-belief, emotional resilience, and communication skills—critical areas I now help others develop.
Watching my mother struggle without the support she deserved gave me deep understanding of the unique pressures women face, often being expected to 'do it all' without help.
